§ 1 Scope

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all services, consultations, and information provided by KamboMediSina (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") under the name KamboMediSina on the website www.KamboMediSina.com / www.KamboMediSina.de

1.2. By booking or using the services, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Any deviating conditions from the client are not recognized unless the provider expressly agrees to them in writing.

§ 2 Services

2.1. The provider offers traditional Kambô ceremonies and consultations in the field of alternative healing methods. Kambô is a ritual practice originating from indigenous medicine and does not represent a conventional medical treatment.

2.2. The services provided by the provider do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment. Clients with existing health conditions are advised to consult a doctor or therapist before participating in Kambô sessions.

2.3. The provider reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue services at any time, provided this is reasonable for fulfilling the contract.

§ 3 Liability Disclaimer

3.1. The Kambô ceremonies and consultations are conducted at the client's own risk. The provider assumes no liability for health damages resulting from participation in Kambô ceremonies unless they are due to gross negligence or willful misconduct by the provider.

3.2. The provider explicitly points out that the use of Kambô may involve risks, particularly for individuals with pre-existing health conditions or those taking medication. The client agrees to inform the provider of any existing health issues and medication use before the ceremony.

3.3. The provider assumes no liability for any side effects or unwanted reactions during or after the ceremony unless they are due to intentional or grossly negligent actions by the provider.

§ 4 Participation Requirements

4.1. Participation in a Kambô ceremony is only permitted for individuals of legal age. Minors are excluded from participation.

4.2. By booking, the client confirms that they are physically and mentally capable of participating in a Kambô ceremony. The provider reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation if health risks exist or if the client provides false information regarding their health status.

§ 5 Booking and Payment

5.1. Service bookings are made via email. By booking, the client makes a binding offer to participate in the ceremony or consultation.

5.2. Payment is made on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer.

5.3. The right to participate in a Kambô ceremony only exists after an extensive consultation and telephone contact. The provider reserves the right to reject bookings on a case-by-case basis.

§ 6 Cancellation and Rescheduling

6.1. The client may cancel a booked Kambô ceremony at no cost.

6.2. Rescheduling is possible up to one day before the ceremony date. The full fee will be charged for no-shows.

§ 7 Data Protection

7.1. The protection of the client's personal data is a top priority for the provider. The provider commits to handling the data provided by the client confidentially and using it solely for the performance of the agreed services.

7.2. Data will only be shared with third parties if necessary for service delivery or if the client has expressly consented.

7.3. Further information on data protection can be found in the [Privacy Policy].

§ 8 Final Provisions

8.1. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of performance and jurisdiction is the provider's place of business.

8.2. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall apply.

8.3. Amendments or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.
